At Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences we prepare you for the work field from the first week of your studies. You will work on projects in cooperation with businesses, you will learn to network and you will be trained in applying for jobs.
All student apartments are furnished and located close to Fontys and/or the city centre. Together with about 10 students from different study programmes, all business students at Fontys in Venlo start their own company which is officially registered in the Dutch Commercial Registry.
Fontys University of Applied Sciences is a Dutch university of applied sciences with over 44.000 students in several campuses located in the southern Netherlands. The three largest Fontys campuses are located in the cities of Eindhoven, Tilburg and Venlo.
All our houses are perfectly located for students from the Fontys University, the HAS or the Maastricht University in Venlo, and the rooms available differ in size as well as in price. Of course, also students can choose whether they want to rent a room with or without furniture. So, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.
About Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences Founded in 1996, Fontys is the largest university of applied sciences with campuses in Eindhoven, Tilburg, and Venlo in the Netherlands. The name is derived from the Latin word “fons” which means source, therefore, Fontys university means a source of knowledge for students.
