What is CEC? Colorado Early Colleges “CEC” is a network of tuition-free public charter schools across the state of Colorado, with four middle school campuses, six high school campuses, two locations for our College Direct option, a homeschool academy campus, and a fully-online program.

An early college is a state designated high school with a four year curriculum designed to give students the opportunity to concurrently earn, upon graduation, a high school diploma and a postsecondary credential.
What is Compton Early College (CEC)?
Compton Early College (CEC) in partnership with Compton College is in its fifth year of operation. We are still celebrating our inaugural graduating class of 2019 and looking forward to building on their legacy. Established in 2015 as a senior high school, CEC has incorporated a middle school and spans from grade 6-12.
