Start your review of Ravisloe Country Club. A super layout and well maintained course. The greens can be tricky and the sand can be deep and short game problems will be quickly exploited. The practice area and range are a good warmup. The food is excellent. Well done!
This is not about the golf, which we have not tried. This is a new supper club-like event at this country club location. Went to my first jazz event at Ravislow Country Club in December, 2014 for a Christmas Jazz show, actually my first visit to this club. This with wife and adult daughter.
Over the years, it attracted a strong Jewish membership, as did Idlewild Country Club, just down the road. It was a thriving private club for nearly 100 years, known both for its great golf and social scene. Ravisloe also has a rich architectural history.
Ravisloe Country Club is located approximately a mile from highways 80, 94 and 294 and the Metra train stop is located just off our front gates. For our guests who travel to us by train, just contact the Pro Shop to let us know you are coming and we are more than happy to pick you up!
