What is the MSF basic rider course incentive?
Purchasers are eligible for one (1) MSF Basic Rider Course incentive during the program period (January 1, 2022 through March 31, 2022). The MSF Basic Rider Course incentive must be original BMW Riders’ Apparel such as boots, gloves, jackets, etc. from the BMW MOTORRAD RIDE catalog.

Read more about the MSF course in our FAQ. This one-day course begins with a short classroom session, followed by going over your bike’s operations and track time. After a complimentary lunch, you’ll head back out for advanced exercises and some full laps around the track.
What is the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum?
We have designed our motorcycle-safety course using the newest version of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum to get your motorcycle license and increase your skills. Our Basic RiderCourse offering includes the entire set of BRC Level II Classroom interactive activities and includes MSF’s web-based eCourse at no extra charge.
What are the requirements to become an MSF registered rider?
Purchasers must have taken the MSF Basic Rider Course or other accredited safety riding organization training and received their certificate within the previous 90 days prior to purchasing the motorcycle. Motorcycles purchased and reported under a name other than the eligible MSF Basic Rider Course applicant do not qualify.
