Leadership Programs Most health care professionals assume leadership roles over the course of their careers. Harvard Medical School’s postgraduate leadership programs prepare physicians, nurses, clinicians and researchers to develop as leaders so they can create value and drive change in their fields of practice.
The program is designed for physicians in administrative leadership positions in academic health centers, who lead a clinical division and report directly to the chair of their department.
