What Is MBSR Training? Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) online, is a 9-Lesson evidence-based program offering secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. You learn and train at your own speed.
How does the live online MBSR course work?
The Live Online 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is run exactly the same way as an in-person course. Instead of travelling to an external location once a week however, we connect through the Zoom conference system.
How many MBSR courses can I participate in?

How long does it take to become an MBSR instructor?
This is the official standard 8 Week MBSR course, taught live & online by a certified MBSR instructor. We follow the MBSR Standards of Practice. This training course qualifies as a prerequisite for MBSR Instructor Certification programs. What can I do with my certificate of completion?
