Mentorship can be done with any PT with a valid OCS and an agreement with EIM. Most of the hours need to be 1:1 with you providing patient care. I forget how many exactly but I believe 150 Hours total are needed for graduation from the residency. If your employer has a employee with a OCS they can provide mentorship.
