Program leader: Longtime Amazon employee Ashley Rajagopal leads Amazon Technical Academy, which she joined early on with a small team of engineers and product managers who sought to determine whether Amazon could upskill employees into software engineering careers regardless of their tech skills or backgrounds.
Does Amazon Pay for software development training?
Amazon will pay for employees to attend the company’s Machine Learning University or learn software development skills through its Amazon Technical Academy. Employees can also participate in apprenticeships and get Amazon Web Services cloud certification at a discount.
Does Amazon have an online school for non-technical employees?
