Reduces the overall SHARP Annual Refresher Training requirement that will be conducted only in the face-to-face format using the approved Training Support Package (TSP) available on the Army Training Network. What is the sharp career course?
The SHARP Career course is a seven week course, designed to meet DOD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office’s core competencies and prepare individuals to effectively respond to sexual harassment complaints and victims of sexual assault.
