What is Harbor for children?

Today’s Harbor for Children provides 24/7 care in a family-style home setting. We offer a charter school, athletic programs, health care, counseling and more in a safe and loving environment. Children are either placed in our facility by their parents or by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
